Your privacy

What you send us

When you fill out the contact form we receive your name, your business, how to reach you and your message. We use it only to answer you and to provide the service you ask for. We don't sell it.

When you sign up

If you sign up online we store your business details and those of the person signing (name, title, address, email, phone and the accounts we will manage), the date and time of signing, your IP address, the browser you used and the agreement as a PDF. We use it for the agreement and for billing. We share it only with those who help us do that: Stripe to process the payment, Resend to send you emails, and Neon and Vercel to store it. We don't sell it.

How we measure the site

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. It uses no cookies, stores no personal data and doesn't identify you: it only counts visits by page, country and device type. The statistics are kept for [DATO PENDIENTE: how long Vercel keeps them on our plan].

Advertising on Meta

We use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show ads to people who already visited this site. To do that, your browser sends Meta information about the pages you view here and about these moments: when you start signing up for a package (InitiateCheckout event), when you send us the contact form (Lead event), when you click to message us on WhatsApp or by email (Contact event, with the channel only), when you click to book a call (Schedule event) and when you complete a payment (Purchase event, with the amount and currency, in USD). We don't send your name, email, phone number or the text of your messages, and the pixel only runs on olddogadvertising.com. Under California law this may count as sharing personal information for advertising.

Your choices

You can turn off the Meta Pixel in this browser with the button below. We also honor Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends it, the pixel doesn't load. In both cases no event is sent, including Lead, Contact and Purchase. If you live in California, you can ask us what data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to us.
